Guides are built from published sources that are relevant to the subject: research papers, recognised coffee organisations, official UK guidance, and manufacturers’ and suppliers’ own documents. The sources used are listed at the end of each guide, with a last checked date.

• Manufacturer specifications are described as the manufacturer’s claims, not as independently measured performance.
• Health content separates research findings from official guidance, and does not present an association as proof of cause.
• We do not claim hands on testing of any machine or product.
• A citation shows where information came from. It does not guarantee that the information is complete or still current.

Use of AI
